Meet the team! Caroline Bell: Senior Brand Director

Caroline is passionate about brands and their personalities.  And she believes that the key to successful marketing campaigns is marrying brand objectives with customer data to answer why and how to always keep brands relevant in the ever-changing consumer landscape.

Caroline has 10+ years’ experience bringing products and campaigns to market by providing integrated, omni-channel marketing strategies that account for every part of the customer experience and its touch points to ultimately produce lifelong brand loyalty.

Having started in the marketing industry as a project manager, she is able to straddle high-level strategic planning with tactical, cross-functional project plans to deliver relevant campaigns that launch on time, within budget, and with excellence. She has extensive experience in startup environments, growing a brand from the ground up and understanding the entire product/audience lifecycle. And she has spent a fair bit of time in the growing direct-to-consumer market landscape where she learned how to lean on data to understand consumers and tailor brand messaging to reach varying audiences where they consume media.

In addition to marketing strategy and project management, she is versed in product management as well as broadcast, photo and content production, digital display advertising, owned/earned, digital and traditional media, experiential marketing strategy and execution, web/mobile UI/UX, e-commerce, CRM, SEO/SEM optimization, in-store merchandising, CPG lifecycle development, research and consumer insights, B2B retail account management, and retail operations.

Caroline lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her Westie pup Potter. When she isn’t focused on building brands and helping clients meet their marketing goals, you can find her on a plane heading somewhere or in her garden tending her plants.
